All returns must be requested via email within 14 days of delivery.
Please submit your return request and reason by email to email@example.com. Include your order number in the subject.
We will only issue an exchange for another product, or store credit. We do not refund any products.
If the date on your payment method or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
If the product is in the sale or a promotional discount code was applied to your original order, we do not accept any return, for any reason. No refunds on any sale items.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect / faulty goods received
We inspect all products before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what you ordered or in some way faulty, please contact immediately quoting your order number as the subject of your email and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. Please ensure images are provided to document the order discrepancy or fault. We will then advise on a personal basis how to proceed with the individual return.

We will happily exchange any product(s) that are faulty, the wrong size, or generally dissatisfied with the product. The Item must be returned with original packaging with no damage, swing tickets and any enclosed documentation, the item must be in resalable condition. Exchanges will not be available if the product has been worn, or has signs that the product has been tampered with. (No Exceptions). All decisions are at management discretion.

Jason Markk cleaning products & Stance socks. Due to sanitation and tamper risk.
Special promotional items, from events / launches / competitions can not be exchanged or refunded without prior management consent.

Soleheaven are not responsible in anyway for the results of using said products. All issues of these variety must contact Jason Markk directly, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any returns / refunds / exchanges not meeting this guidelines will result in a credit note being issues in the original purchasers name, which can be used either in-store or online for 365 days from the date issued. All unclaimed credit will be discontinued after 365, expiry dates can not be extended. (With exception of when the returned item is deemed to be in non-resalable condition).
